Plan Your Hunt
Step 1: Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your hunt.
Step 2: Mid-payment
25% is due 60 days prior to your hunt date.
Step 3: Balance
Due upon completion of your hunt.
Terms & Conditions
Booking
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your hunt. A second payment of 25% is due at least 60 days prior to your hunt date. The balance is due at the completion of your hunt. A processing fee of 2.9% applies for Visa/Mastercard, and 3.9% for Amex.
Cancellations
Deposits and mid-payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another hunter or rescheduled for a future hunt (with the same outfitter) for up to one year from the hunt dates. Notification must be given to the broker in writing at least 30 days prior to the hunt dates. Only allowed to reschedule or transfer once per the single initial booking.
Transfers
Within the 30 days written notice and agreement between the Booking agent, Outfitter and the Client, deposits and arrangements can be transferred, assigned, or credited to another person that the client finds themselves and that person is not already booked with Wildlife Adventure Park. Client is only allowed to transfer once per single initial booking.

Complete your agreement in one of the following ways: Digital Fill, Sign, & Email — Download the PDF, complete all fields, apply a digital signature, then email the form to us. Print, Sign, & Email — Download the PDF, print and sign, then scan or photograph and email it to us.
